- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 115 ounces of roasted tomatoes
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp of ground cumin

- Put the chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, chicken broth, and tomatoes in the instant pot. Be sure to include the water from the canned tomatoes as well.
- Cover your instant pot and set to pressure cook for 20 minutes. If you're using frozen chicken breasts, set it for 30 minutes.

So, don’t be afraid to experiment with a little heat in this dish.
What Kind of Toppings Go Well on This Dish?
I have given you a few suggestions for toppings you can use on these tacos. There’s plenty more you can add, though, and I would suggest anything that you put in burritos or tacos can be added to these as well.
You can even fill out the dish and make it more like a whole meal by adding rice or cooked beans to the tacos.
Some of my favourite additions for toppings for these tacos would be pico de gallo, fresh avocado, and lettuce. All of these change up the texture and taste in interesting ways, and that’s how I like to experiment and change up my tacos.
