How To Cook Mountain Oysters?

Mountain oyster is a popular dish of the Buckhorn Exchange from the city of Denver.   • Wheat flour for coating the testicles
  • 2 tbsp Oil 

Instructions

  • peel off the skin of the testicles
  • cut it into thin slices.
  • coat it with flour, salt, and pepper and deep fry in hot oil until crunchy.
