Summary of the Steps
This is a summary of the steps that you can follow to your eggs. You’ll just need water and eggs.
Fill a pot or a Sous Vide container with water. Make sure that the water is enough to cover all your eggs. Place the pot on a heat proof surface.
Add an immersion circulator to control the temperature.
Heat the water to reach the precise temperature of 194 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the water has reached the right temperature, lower the eggs into the water.
Cook the eggs for 20 minutes, then remove them.
Place the eggs in a bowl that contains ice cubes to stop the cooking. It will help cool down the eggs.
Peel the eggs and enjoy them.
