Summary of the Steps

This is a summary of the steps that you can follow to your eggs. You’ll just need water and eggs.

Instructions

  • Fill a pot or a Sous Vide container with water. Make sure that the water is enough to cover all your eggs.
  • Place the pot on a heat proof surface.
  • Add an immersion circulator to control the temperature.
  • Heat the water to reach the precise temperature of 194 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once the water has reached the right temperature, lower the eggs into the water.
  • Cook the eggs for 20 minutes, then remove them.
  • Place the eggs in a bowl that contains ice cubes to stop the cooking. It will help cool down the eggs.
  • Peel the eggs and enjoy them.
