Guava Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg guavas in syrup
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Heat the guavas and strain the syrup, then add the water.
  • Bring the water and syrup to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the gelatin, and stir.
  • Add the guava pieces and the condensed milk.
  • Beat the egg white until it’s stiff and add to the mixture when it starts to set.
  • Add a pinch of salt and let it cool.
  • Put in the fridge and serve cold.
