Ingredients

guavas in syrup

tbsp
cold water

tbsp
gelatin
1/2
cup
condensed milk

egg white
pinch of salt
Instructions
Heat the guavas and strain the syrup, then add the water.
Bring the water and syrup to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the gelatin, and stir.
Add the guava pieces and the condensed milk.
Beat the egg white until it’s stiff and add to the mixture when it starts to set.
Add a pinch of salt and let it cool.
Put in the fridge and serve cold.
