Preheat the oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
Whisk egg whites in a bowl for a minute.
Add the sugar gradually and whisk until frothy.
Stir in the flour gradually.
Add the butter until it’s melted.
Keep on mixing until you have a smooth batter.
Keep the batter in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Spread the batter onto a lined baking tray. Spread into thin circles and make sure that they’re well-spaced.
Place in the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the batter has turned golden around the edges.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and lift each tuile off quickly and roll it over the handle of a spoon and let it cool.
When the tuiles have cooled off, remove them and store them in an air-tight container.
