Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (28 grams): dried chia seeds;
  • 1 scoop: whey protein powder;
  • 1 cup (240 ml): almond milk or coconut milk;
  • ½ cup : berries;
  • Use stevia or another sweeter to add taste, if wanted;

Instructions

  • Mix your entire ingredients inside a bowl and blend well;
  • Cover your bowl and refrigerate it for 60 minutes or more;
