Pearl Onions with Dijon Mustard

Ingredients

package
(16 ounces) frozen pearl onions
thawed
1
tbsp
Dijon mustard
1
tbsp
butter
2
tbsp
plus 1-½ teaspoons brown sugar
2
tbsp
minced fresh parsley
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute the onions in butter until tender. This should take around 10 to 13 minutes.
Once tender, add the mustard and brown sugar.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Top with parsley and serve.
