Italian Steak Marinade


  • 3 tbsp of white vinegar
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp of sea salt
  • ½ tsp of ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp of dried basil
  • ½ tsp of dried thyme
  • ½ tsp of dried oregano


  • Add your steak to a zip lock bag with all the ingredients for your marinade. Take this easy steak marinade without soy sauce and seal the bag tightly, ensuring that all the air has been removed from the bag. Be sure to cover the steak completely with the marinade sauce to coat properly.
  • Place your bag of steak and marinade sauce in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes, but as long as 20 hours. The ideal time for steak sauce marinade is around six hours.
