Fennel Salad Recipe


  • 1 Head Boston Lettuce
  • 5 ounces mushrooms
  • 5 red radish
  • 1 small bulb fennel
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt


  • Tear the lettuce into small pieces according to your taste. Take your favorite bowl and put them in it. Fennel, mushrooms, and radishes can be sliced super thin on the mandoline or with a knife. Slice them up and add them to the bowl.
  • Preparing the salad dressing is the next step. Stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh black pepper, kosher salt, and chives. You may also add lemon zest if you wish. What you need to do now is clear. Put the dressing in the bowl and give the salad a good mix. All the goodness of the dressing evenly coats the contents of the bowl.
  • You are now ready to serve your salad. Serve in your favorite plates and enjoy.
