Add the pumpkin puree, milk, and sugar or honey to a saucepan. Heat on medium heat until hot, but don’t let the milk boil.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie spices.
Pour the coffee and whisk until all the ingredients blend well.
Pour the mixture into a mug and add the whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle some pumpkin pie spices on top.
