Vietnamese Shredded Chicken Salad

For The Salad

shredded chicken

shredded cabbage

shredded carrots

red bell pepper

green bell pepper

fresh mint
roughly cut

fresh cilantro

chopped peanuts
For The Dressing
3
limes
juice from the limes

tsp
siracha sauce
3
cloves
garlic

tbsp
sugar

tbsp
Vietnamese fish sauce

tbsp
vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the veggies with the shredded chicken.
In a separate bowl, whisk the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Use less Siracha sauce if you’re serving the salad to children.
Toss the dressing over the salad and add the peanuts on top.
