Grease the baking sheet with oil.
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Mix the seasoning in a bowl with the ribs then wrap each slap in aluminium foil.
Place them in the oven for 3.5-4 hours.
Remove from the oven and unwrap them - pour out the oil and drippings.
Take a small amount of the oils to simmer on medium heat until it thickens.
Brush the sauce on the ribs with Worcestershire sauce.
Broil at 6 inches from the heating element for 6-7 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
