Grease the baking sheet with oil.
Preheat the oven to 250 °F.
Sprinkle the seasoning and the sliced lemons on top.
Bake for 1.5 hours. (broiling is optional but preferred).
Remove from the oven, and unwrap them to pour out oils and drippings.
Wrap again and return the ribs to the oven for an extra hour.
