Grease the baking sheet with oil.
Preheat the oven to 320 °F (160 °C).
Mix the seasoning in a bowl with the ribs then wrap each slap in aluminium foil.
Place them in the oven for 3 to 3.5 hours. (don’t broil first).
Remove from the oven, and unwrap them to pour out oils and drippings.
Brush the BBQ sauce on the ribs.
Broil at 5 inches from the heating element for 5 to 6 minutes then rest before serving.
