  • 2 leek white parts
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1/3 cup pot barley
  • 1 carrot large
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cup potato
  • 1 cup beans

  • Begin by taking the whites of the leeks, dicing them, and washing them thoroughly.
  • Pour the water into the slow cooker, then add your lamb chops and veggies. The vegetables you’ll add include your potatoes, celery, barley, beans, and carrots.
  • Add the pepper and salt. Cover the slow cooker and let your meal cook for 8 hours.
  • After that, isolate the lamb chops on your chopping board. Separate the meat from the bone. Chop the meats into small bites.
  • Now, put the meat on your serving bowl, and pour the soup over it. As a final touch, sprinkle the chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
