Put the water in the pot, and adjust the heat to medium.
Wash the chicken and place it in the pot.
Cut the carrots, slice the onions, and put them along with the bouquet garni in the pot.
Simmer the mixture for one hour.
Add the parsley and let it cook for another hour
Take your chicken out of the pot, separate the bones, and return the fillet chicken meat back home in the pot.
Put in the beans-pulses mixture, and leave it for one more hour.
