Flavour your lamb shanks with the pepper and the salt.
Turn the heat on your vegetable oil, and add the shanks.
After ten minutes, when the lamb shank is all browned, remove them and set them aside for now.
Add the carrots, celery, and onion to the vegetable oil, and after two minutes add the garlic and the bay leaves.
Keep stirring for 30 seconds or so. Now, pour the Cambell’s broth, and return the lamb back.
Cover and let the mix simmer for about two hours. You may need to add water if you noticed that it thickened more than you want.
After turning off the heat, let it cool and enjoy!
