Beat one egg and add to cream cheese and vanilla.
In a different bowl, beat the other egg and add water to prepare the egg wash.
Put the mixture in a food processor and mix until smooth, then transfer to a bowl.
In the food processor, mix the guava paste with the lemon juice.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out the puff pastry on a work surface, then transfer to a baking sheet.
Take a piece of the puff pastry sheet and spread the cream cheese mixture on top, leaving one inch of borders on all the sides.
On top of the cream, add the guava paste mixture.
Brush the egg wash around the filling.
Add the other sheet of puff pastry on top and press on the empty borders.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Let the puff pastry cool off.
