Brew your coffee first and set it aside. Then, you need to make up a spiced syrup. Take your cinnamon stick, cloves, ¼ cup of water, and ¼ cup of maple syrup and blend together. Put this mixture in a pot and let it simmer. Once it starts to boil, take it off the heat and steep it for about 30 minutes. Then, strain the mixture from the pot.
You need to make vanilla sweet cream next. To do that, mix together ¼ cup of cream, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon of sugar.
Then, just add your coffee, vanilla cream and maple spiced syrup mixture. Add a few ice cubes for the cold brew or serve it hot- your preference.
We like to add whipped topping and cinnamon powder to the top of ours to make it even more incredible, but you garnish it how you like.
