Whisk the eggs, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and raw ground pork in a bowl.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over low to medium flame so as not to burn the eggs before the meat has fully cooked.
Pour the omelet mixture into the oil. Cook on one side for about 1 - 2 minutes.
Using a large spatula, carefully turn over the omelet. Let it cook until golden brown and solid on both sides.
Once the pork is done transfer the omelet out and blot it with a paper towel.
Serve.
