How to Make Thai Style Omelet with Pork

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • ½ cup Ground Pork Loin
  • ½ tsp Light Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil


  • Whisk the eggs, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and raw ground pork in a bowl.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over low to medium flame so as not to burn the eggs before the meat has fully cooked.
  • Pour the omelet mixture into the oil. Cook on one side for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Using a large spatula, carefully turn over the omelet. Let it cook until golden brown and solid on both sides.
  • Once the pork is done transfer the omelet out and blot it with a paper towel.
  • Serve.
