Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
Holding an egg yolk in your hand gently, add a single drop of green food coloring. Spread the coloring around with your finger to color the entire yolk. Then, do that with the other yolk. Dry the excess food coloring from the yolk with a paper towel so that the whites are not colored.
Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to a skillet and cook on low heat. Add in the egg whites and cook them until they start to firm up. Then, add the yolks on top.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the eggs are as firm as you like them.
Take the eggs out of the skillet and set to the side.
Add your ham to the skillet and warm it up by cooking on low heat for about 30 seconds.
Once the ham is cool enough, dab it with a little food coloring to make it green.
