Green Eggs and Ham without Food Coloring

  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Cooking oil


  • Mix eggs and spinach into a blender and bend until smooth.
  • Add a small amount of cooking oil to a skillet.
  • Cook on low heat and add in the egg and spinach mixture.
  • Cook for about two minutes and remove from the skillet.
  • Warm up ham slices in the skillet for about 30 seconds, still on low heat.
  • Add it all to a plate and serve.
