Turkey Burgers in Cast Iron Skillet Recipe


  • ΒΌ pound of ground turkey meat
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce


  • Mix together all of your ingredients in a bowl and form the mixture into a single patty.
  • Preheat the skillet on medium heat. Add in a couple tablespoons of oil- just enough to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  • Once the oil is hot, add in the patty and cook on both sides evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes each side.
  • Serve on a bun with any combination of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese, and condiments of your choice.
