Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces of fresh spinach, chop
  • 14 ounces of artichoke hearts, chopped (one can)
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, cubed (one block)
  • cubed (one block)

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients together in the crockpot. Stir them together until they are combined well.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook for two hours on low. You want to stir it partway through, uncovering after about an hour and giving the entire mixture a stir. Then, put the lid back and keep cooking for the next hour.
  • Before serving, stir it again and add salt and pepper to taste. The dip can be served hot, room temperature or cold.
