Instructions
Let the broth vegetable mix soak in water for at least 8 hours. You can leave it overnight the night before the cooking day.
At the outset of cooking, begin by draining your soaked broth vegetable mix. Then, throw it in the cooking pan, and add the fresh veggies.
After adding the carrots, the leeks, and the onion pour in your vegetable stock.
Let the mix simmer from one to two hours, or until the veggies become tender.
Just when you’re about to turn the heat off, add your
kale
and let it simmer with the mix for extra five minutes.
Now turn the heat off, the cooking is done.
Regarding serving, you can serve it with some oatcakes, for example. And enjoy!
