Ingredients

  • 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts cut small
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • Combine the teriyaki sauce soy sauce, and black pepper in a small bowl and set to the side. This will be your sauce.
  • In a frying pan or wok on the stove no butter on medium high heat. Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  • Add in the chicken and stir around to coat with butter.
  • Pour on the sauce to coat the chicken.
  • Continue cooking for about 5 minutes to sear the chicken and cook down the sauce.
  • Then drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
