1poundof boneless skinless chicken breastscut small
1/4teaspoonof sesame oil
1teaspoonof minced garlic
1tablespoonof butter
1 1/2tablespoonsof soy sauce
Black pepperto taste
1 1/2tablespoonsof teriyaki sauce
Combine the teriyaki saucesoy sauce, and black pepper in a small bowl and set to the side. This will be your sauce.
Ina frying pan or wok on the stoveno butter on medium high heat. Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Add in the chicken and stir around to coat with butter.
Pour on the sauce to coat the chicken.
Continue cooking for about 5 minutes to sear the chicken and cook down the sauce.
