Instructions
In a saucepan, mix the milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Let it simmer on medium heat.
Mix the cornflour with half of the water. Stir until there are no lumps.
When the milk boils, add the cornstarch mixture and mix. Bring to low heat and simmer and stir.
Wait until the atole is perfectly cooked, then add the guava paste and stir.
Let the mixture cook for 10 minutes and serve with ground cinnamon on top.
