Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the cream, butter, and sugar until fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add the vanilla and coconut extracts.
Gradually add the flour mixture while using the mixer at low speed.
Add the guava pieces.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and bake for an hour, or until the dough is fully cooked.
Let it cool.
Mix some sugar with heavy cream until the consistency of glaze is appropriate and add on top. Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
